If 30 days have passed since your purchase, I can\u2019t offer you a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please provide a photo of the damage to the product you received, and contact me at <a href=\"mailto:hey@doodlejule.de\">hey@doodlejule.de<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Downloadable products, i.e. products that provide you with immediately downloadable, digital content are non-refundable. If you have questions about a digital product or are unsure if it&#8217;s the right thing for you, don&#8217;t hesitate to contact me before purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please do not send your purchase back to me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><h2>Refunds<\/h2><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I will confirm receipt of your refund request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days. In case of a discount or item on sale, you will only be refunded the actually paid amount, not the original price of the item(s).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next contact your bank.
