By accessing or purchasing from my website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Products and Services

I offer various print products such as art prints, stickers, and comics for sale. All products are described as accurately as possible. Colours and details may vary slightly due to screen settings or printing processes.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Euros and do currently not include Value added tax (VAT), as this is a small business according to §19 (1) UStG. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept PayPal, Credit and Debit cards as well as direct bank transfers.

3. Shipping and Delivery

I ship worldwide. Orders are packed and posted by myself within 1-3 business days. Shipping costs are detailed at checkout. Delays due to external factors such as customs or carrier issues are beyond my control.

4. Returns and Refunds

Sometimes, things go wrong in the post. I offer refunds or replacements for damaged items within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a refund, please contact me directly at hey@doodlejule.de. See our Refund Policy for more information.

5. Intellectual Property

All artwork and content on this site are the intellectual property of Julia Klein alias doodlejule. Reproduction or distribution without permission is prohibited. I do not give permission for my images to be used in training any Generative AI models.

6. Limitation of Liability

I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

7. Changes to Terms

I may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Product Safety

I prioritize the safety and quality of all products offered in my shop. In compliance with the European Union’s General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), I guarantee that all items, including art prints, stickers, and comics, are safe for their intended use.

My products do not contain hazardous materials, dangerous components, or substances that could pose a risk to health or safety under normal usage.

Our provider for all printed products is the WIRmachenDRUCK GmbH, Mühlbachstraße 7, 71522 Backnang.

When printing products, the owner of this shop chooses the option “climate neutral printing” to compensate for the CO2 produced by the printing and shipping process. WIRmachenDRUCK states that they support a climate protection project with this compensation.
