Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
My refund and replacement policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Please provide a photo of the damage to the product you received, and contact me at hey@doodlejule.de.
Downloadable products, i.e. products that provide you with immediately downloadable, digital content are non-refundable. If you have questions about a digital product or are unsure if it’s the right thing for you, don’t hesitate to contact me before purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to me.
Refunds
I will confirm receipt of your refund request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days. In case of a discount or item on sale, you will only be refunded the actually paid amount, not the original price of the item(s).
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
